Testmate Health is a start-up developing a rapid, at-home, self-test diagnostic for common sexually transmitted infections that can be performed by anyone at any time.
Full-time positions are open for highly motivated Laboratory Technicians to join the R&D team. To be successful, you will need to be extremely diligent and precise in your work, demonstrate adaptability within a cross-functional teamwork environment and be a problem-solver.

You will need to :
Be conscientious and precise in the execution of complex experiments
Achieve project objectives under short timelines
Participate in the continuous improvement of
Working Instructions and Technical reports
Provide technical input within the R&D team
Participate in laboratory organization duties
Be a great team player and have a helpful mindset!
Requirements :
CFC / Bachelor or Masters Degree in any Life Science discipline
Minimum 3 years experience working as a Lab Technician in an ISO regulated environment
A precise & diligent approach to documentation
Excellent communication skills
Experience in microbiology, DNA amplification & diagnostics development
Fluency in English, any other language a plus.
