Business Development Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and Strengthen International Partnerships: Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners across the globe, with a strong focus on Asia.

  • Market Research: Identify growth opportunities by analyzing international markets, trends, and competitors.

  • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with the company's objectives.

  • Negotiation and Communication: Lead contract discussions, ensuring mutual success for all parties involved.

  • Represent the Company: Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and establish new connections.


QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the biomedical or healthcare sector.

  • Exceptional understanding of Asian markets and cultural nuances.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.

  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset.

  • Proficiency in both English and Chinese is mandatory; additional languages are a significant advantage.

  • Willingness to travel internationally as required.
