ORYL Photonics develops instruments for life-sciences applications based on a patented laser-based light scattering technology, hence using ‘Light for Life’. Founded in 2020, ORYL is a spin-off from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL) where the technology has been incubated for over a decade.
ORYL Photonics’ latest development is a laboratory platform instrument for the measurement of solubility and aggregation of drug and biological molecules in liquids. The technology provides a more high-throughput, sensitive and accurate measurement, while using minimal amount of compounds.
